The Service Delivery Model

"To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity." Don Alden Adams

  • Visions implements a documented successful service delivery model, which is grounded in evidence-based and evidence-informed practices.  It is individualized-from Referral through Program Completion!

Following an assessment, services are implemented with goals to:

  • Improve student achievement
  • Connect education to employment pathways
  • Increase parent/family communication and support
  • Provide essential Life Skills instruction
  • Enhance wrap-around support through mentoring, connection to needed community resources
  • Identify alternatives to activities that lead to crime

  • Since 2013, Visions has been self-funded, receiving no grants or financial assistance from any government agencies, corporations or other entities.

  • With the support of expert loyal team members, community support and valued partnerships, the high level of quality service delivery has continued, uninterrupted, since 2005-regardless of funding level!
